Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking with 3Dreams Rwanda Safaris.
1. Booking & payment
- A deposit, usually 30%, is required to confirm a booking.
- Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the safari begins.
- Available payment methods will be confirmed during booking.
2. Cancellation by the client
Cancellations must be made in writing. Applicable cancellation charges depend on the services already reserved or paid for on your behalf. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
3. Cancellation or changes by 3Dreams
Trips may need to be changed or cancelled because of safety, weather, park regulations, force majeure or other circumstances outside our control. Where possible, we will offer reasonable alternative arrangements.
4. Travel documents & health
Travellers are responsible for passports, visas, vaccinations, insurance and other entry or health requirements relevant to their journey.
5. Wildlife & permits
Wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed. Certain activities, including gorilla and chimpanzee trekking, depend on permit availability and park rules.
6. Liability
Adventure and safari activities involve inherent risks. 3Dreams Rwanda Safaris will use reasonable care in arranging services but cannot be responsible for events caused by independent third parties or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
7. Complaints
Please raise any problem with the tour leader as soon as possible so we have an opportunity to help. Unresolved complaints should be submitted in writing after the trip.
